.01  ABOUT uS

PT. Sangra Ratu Boga was founded on 16 January 1989, to engage in general trade, which includes import, export, domestic and inter-island trade. In 1989, PT. Sangra Ratu Boga was appointed as the sole agent for the whole Indonesian territory by Gist Brocades N. V, Holland, the manufacturer of world’s famous instant dry yeast, Fermipan.

 

In 1990, PT Sangra Ratu Boga opened a factory to manufacture bread ingredients, which include bread improver and pre-mixes using advanced technology developed in the Netherlands.

 

In the same year, 1990, PT Sangra Ratu Boga also opened a branch in Surabaya, East Java, to focus on the market development in Eastern Indonesia as well as customer service for the Eastern Indonesian market. The Surabaya Office started cultivating potential distributors for other areas in Indonesia. PT Sangra Ratu Boga also started distributing its products through various wholesale markets in Eastern Indonesia.

  2. To continuously improve Product Quality and Customer Service so that our customers have the highest confidence in our products and that their bakery products are always of the highest quality.

.03  MISSION :

  1. To educate the public about breads and cakes and to improve public’s preference to breads and cakes as one of the daily staples.

  2. To appoint distributors in every segment of Indonesia so that customer service can be closer and more focused.

  3. To continually conduct various Baking Demonstrations for customers to inform them of developments in the baking industry and how the customers can apply those developments in their own operations. The Baking Demonstration also serves as media where we can meet with our customers in an informal environment.

  4. Our Bakery Service Centre is located in our head office building on Karang Bolong Raya Street, No 6-8, Ancol, Jakarta. The Bakery Service Centre has the latest and the best baking equipments, all in adherence to International Standard.  We constantly utilize our Baking Centre to conduct seminars, demonstrations, and also to test the quality of our products before their release to the public. In addition to always carefully monitoring our product quality, we also have a Technical Baker Team to work on the product recipes. Our Technical Baker team continuously experiments with various recipes and ingredients to give the best recipes and techniques in baking to our customers.
